As CEO, Ramandeep is driving the engineering teams & strategic planning activities for Calsoft Labs. He joined the Calsoft Labs management team from Aspire Communications; a subsidiary of Calsoft Labs. Ramandeep has over twenty years of experience in data networking, telecommunications and semiconductor technologies and as a senior level executive he managed strategic planning, business development, engineering and marketing related activities at various companies.
Prior to joining Aspire, Ramandeep was marketing and operations head at Luminous Networks and before that he was CEO of Corona Networks. He also worked at Nortel, Bay Networks, Mitsubishi, VLSI Technology and LSI Logic. Ramandeep holds a B.S. and M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.

Sai Satyam is the Chief Financial Officer of Calsoft Labs Inc. He brings more than 24 years of experience in global financial management, strategy implementation, mergers and acquisitions and financial restructurings specific to information technology sector including professional services, software product, steel manufacturing and consumer products industry. Having held financial management positions across high-tech companies, Sai oversees finance, legal and compliances, reporting, business planning and accounting operations at Calsoft Labs.
Before joining Calsoft Labs in April 2011, Sai served as Chief Financial officer of California Software Co Ltd and CSWL Inc, a global software solutions provider. He also served as General Director (Finance and Accounts) for Melsons Group, a Moscow based trading conglomerate with extensive networks in the Russian Federation and Baltics. Prior to this, Sai was the Controller and Finance Director at Midland Galvanizing products Ltd., Nigeria and has managed numerous strategic corporate initiatives involving corporate finance and accounting, business restructuring and acquisitions.
Sai is an Associate Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is also a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He holds a Bachelor degree in commerce and accounting from the University of Madras and is an active member of the IMA.

Sumesh Kaul is Senior Vice President of North America Sales and Business Development at Calsoft Labs. Sumesh joined Calsoft Labs from AspireSoft, a subsidiary of Calsoft Labs where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer. Sumesh brings more than 20 years of technology, product and outsourcing services experience to Calsoft Labs, having served in a range of executive Product Management, Sales and Business development roles.
Prior to joining AspireSoft, Sumesh was Head of Product Management at Corona Networks. He also worked at Nortel, Bay Networks and Oracle. Sumesh has served as Editor, IEEE Management 802.3z sub task force. He holds a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Windsor University, Canada, and a BS degree in Electronics and Communications from REC Trichy, India. - Glen Baylor

Glen oversees Business Development and Marketing activities at Calsoft Labs. He is focused on expanding software development opportunities globally and launching Calsoft Labs new e-Business tools.
Glen has more than 25 years experience as a business executive and consultant in Silicon Valley. He has founded several technology companies and helped many others raise venture funds and take their products to market. Glen's marketing expertise spans hardware, software, networking services and e-Business solutions. Glen attended the University of San Francisco and California State University, Los Angeles. Has a degree in Political Science.

As Vice President of Security and Mobile Solutions, Anant Kharche is responsible for business development of product engineering services in networking, security and mobile technology areas.
Anant brings over 19 years of telecom, networking, security and mobile technology product's engineering/management experience along with software services experience from various companies including large corps like Nokia as well as start-ups.
Prior to joining Calsoft Labs in Nov 2007, Anant was Vice President, Telecom Solutions and Delivery at S4 Connect Inc. and before that managed VPN, Security product-line development at Nokia. He started as R&D engineer at HCL Ltd and then architected and developed SONET/SDH product Software at C-DOT India. He lead various telecom & networking software projects at DUET Tech Inc and also built a Unified Network Security Product at a start-up iPolicy Networks.
Anant holds Bachelor of Engg degree from VNIT Nagpur and M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engg from IIT Kharagpur, India.

As Vice President of ISV Solutions, Suresh Venkateswaran is responsible for the strategic direction and business development of ISV Solutions BU of Calsoft Labs.
Suresh Venkateswaran brings over 15 years of technical and management experience in the software industry, with expertise in product design and software development project methodologies across a diverse set of technology platforms and business domains. Since joining Calsoft Labs in 1996, Suresh has been instrumental in leading and architecting various product development and R&D initiatives of the technology division of the company.
Suresh holds an Engineering degree Computer Science and an MBA in Information Systems.
