Plan, organize and define project scope, requirements, methods, end objectives, project schedules and priorities. Translate system specifications into logical processes and prepare or supervise the preparation of system design documents. Develop, supervise and participate in executing system test plans to ensure applications conform to specifications. Participate in system design and development. Determine feasibility and compatibility with the current system. Troubleshoot system problems and recommend solutions. Perform system interface functions including data standards, data dictionary, common code, common subroutines and security. Monitor and tune system performance. Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new software module, gateway, and interface packages. Develop Data Exchange Integrations with multiple vendors. Support the deployment of the new software modules in the production servers.
Master’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or any related field plus two years of experience. May travel/reloc. to unanticipated client sites throughout U.S. Experience with VB.Net, ASP.Net, C#, XML, SQL Server, Power Builder reqd.
