Challenge
- Our client has a version of the system, which was developed a decade ago. To sustain in the market, they started working on the new version of the system in new technologies, which need lot of resources. They needed human resources with the system knowledge for the new version and at the same time they needed to support the existing customers.
- Our client did not have quality assurance in place for the deliverables. They were looking for a CMMicertified company to add quality to the deliverables.
- They were looking for an outsourcing firm who can do the above needs with lower cost to cover the cost,which will be incurred on newer version of the system.
Solution
By engaging Calsoft, our client offloaded their older version maintenance at a very low cost and they utilized their human resources with experience in their system for the newer version.
